Pizza Hut

"This place looks dead from outside. That is management's fault. They need to make the sign and grounds look nice so the restaurant doesn't look like it's waiting for someone to buy it and turn it into a Mexican joint. The inside was surprisingly clean, and it appears somebody is trying to do things right, because there was fresh paint, and the upholstery and tables were in good shape. Wouldn't hurt to turn the lights up a little. The menus were squeaky clean. Someone obviously cleans them during business hours. Take note, other restaurants. The food was very good. I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but they make very nice pan pizza and wings. We asked for a well-done pan pizza because Pizza Hut sometimes fails to brown the bottom of the crust, and our pie was great. My wife had BBQ wings and breadsticks. Not my favorites, but they did a good job with them. The cook messed up our pizza toppings, so the waitress left the pizza with us and comped a new one. The waitress was very nice and extremely helpful, but she was pretty much on her own. She bounced around like a pinball because this restaurant is understaffed. I think she would shine in a place where she got more support. She clearly wanted to do a great job for us instead of just waddling around waiting to go home. I gave 5 stars for service based on what the waitress TRIED to do in a difficult situation. The carpeting could have been cleaner, and the same was true of the men's room, which was out of towels, but this is what happens when you don't have enough employees. The food was crazy expensive, but that's normal in the Biden era. At least we don't get mean tweets while we descend into poverty and chaos. If they hire more people and liven up the outside, this place should do well. I will definitely go back. The problems are minor, and cleanliness and good food always bring return business."

"Awful experience all the food was dry and stale they didn’t even have what I wanted to drink (root beer) then once I got my 2 small slices of stale pizza and my old stale breadstick I go to sit down and one of the only high tables in the restaurant, mind you it’s completely empty in here, as soon as I sit down the manager lady runs up to me and says “ your can’t sit there that’s for large parties “ are you kidding me? There’s nobody here and who is bringing there “large parties “ to a Pizza Hut at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. I’ll never eat at a Pizza Hut again after this let them go out of business."

"Today I went to their buffet. I called first to ask what they had. They told me several different pizzas both thin crust and deep dish, pastas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. When I got there, I didn't see any pasta. The waitress told me they had to go get some pasta. So, the only thing available was thin crust pizza, a few breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. All absolutely flavorless. About 10 minutes later the waitress comes to my table and said the pasta was frozen rock solid and they would not be adding pasta to the buffet today. In summary, it was just pizza, and breadsticks. It was flavorless and some pizzas were cold and hard. There was no seasoning on the food or on the tables. Oh, and the soft drink does not come with the buffet. Even though they did not have all the dishes for the buffet, I still got charged for the full buffet."

"My first time at the lunch buffet today! I got there a little after 11, I was the first one there. They were just bringing out food. The cheesy Alfredo was all they had for a little while then they put out the pizza. They no longer do the salad bar for anyone interested. I had a breadstick, cinnamon stick, 2 pepperoni pizzas, & 2 plates of the cheesy Alfredo. It was nice for a lunch break, though I only get 30 minutes & wouldn’t recommend doing that for that short of time. The buffet is $8.99 and a drink is $2.99, so over $12. I wouldn’t recommend for that price it’s a bit much in my opinion. Not for the small selection of items. UPDATE: I went in today to pick up an order. I get it was during lunch time. But with only one person working the buffet and having cooks only, there was no one working the front register. I waited 10 minutes before someone even said a word to me. I will never recommend this place for lunch, especially if you have a short one!"
