"Management is a joke, doesn’t train properly, delegates responsibilities without taking accountability for poor decisions. Found a cockroach in my biscuit and gravy. (After it was already in my mouth) I used to love getting a mushroom Swiss burger from there but after the cockroach incident I’m never going back."

"The drive thru was nasty and you could barely hear the guy! There was a funny smell when he opened window, my hamburger bun was a yellow/green color and had an odd smell. The veggies were not fresh and they used iceberg lettuce. Fries were the only good thing! I loved Hardee's for the freshness and how big the sandwiches are but this place was a BIG disappointment!!"

"My wife and I stopped by here mainly to get a steak biscuit and gravy. The manager seemed resistant at first, telling us this was a busy store and there was no one else in line behind us. In fact, there were only 5 people sitting at tables. We've ordered the same thing at Hardee's from St. Petersburg, FL., to small towns in between. Interesting experience in High Springs, FL. we wanted to try the biscuits from their champion biscuit maker, but the biscuit I received had a hard bottom... uneatable. Overall, the service was good. The young lady up front was polite, and most of the tables in the dining area were clean."

"Don't buy the Candied Bacon biscuit! Total rip off! The picture looks like a huge pile of bacon and that's NOT what you get! My wife got the regular bacon egg and cheese and had more bacon for less money! The bacon does have a sweetness to it but is like they just dip it in some sweet syrup and put less bacon on it and charge more. It tasted good but definetly a rip off just a good way for them to make more profit."

"I don't usually eat at Hardee's, but it was on the way to where I was headed. It was an okay visit. The service wasn't bad, and they took care of the initial problem that I had, which was being charged $2.99 for asking for a medium cup for water. There is no charge for a small water cup, thankfully. The superstar burger and tenders were okay."
