She speaks English but we have a little trouble understanding her and that's when she makes us feel stupid! We don't go there because of that! "Used to go to this Subway at least twice a week, but this LAST time reminded me why I'm going to Publix for approx. the last 6 months. There's a lady (I believe she's the manager) which customer service is awful and when I went today not only she gave me a burned bread and literally 3 pieces of meat, but the spinach was old and saggy...Horrible service, won't be back for sure."

"Destiny needs customer service retraining. Interaction lasted about 60 second before I walked out. She rolled her eyes at me 3 times as if it was an inconvenience to serve someone. Didn’t even greet me just stared until I started asking for what I wanted. Asked for Italian verb and cheese and she pulled out Italian i folder here it was the herb and cheese and she was so bothered by having to turn around and grab the other loaves of bread. Recommend a mystery shop or quality control check for service. With this type of service will never come to this location again."
