McDonald's

"McDonald's, unfortunately, didn't meet my expectations during my recent visit. The overall experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the food quality was disappointing; the burgers seemed hastily assembled and lacked freshness. Additionally, the fries were overly salted and not cooked to perfection. The service was also subpar, with long wait times at the drive-through and an overall lack of attentiveness from the staff. Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was unsatisfactory, and I would hesitate to return in the future."

"Bathrooms are disgusting, doesn't seem like they keep up with the Bathroom at all , walked in on a non busy hour and workers just standing around behind the counter talking and having a great Ole time. This place needs better management."

"I don't know why i bother with this location anymore it's always messed up or old nobody cares clearly manager's don't. Like don't even try to give you quality or take pride in what they do! It not hard to give hot fries and not old burgers just try alittle! Cause even though it mcdonalds I'm still paying! Every time I ask for extra onions what do I get "no onions" it's almost a joke now! Should I complain why nothing will happen or change! But when someone works late they hope they can grab something to eat and actually be able to eat it! I call the place to tell them, do they answer of course not!! And your right next to interstate so business should be good why do you not care about your customers!!"

"8 visits over one year. All 8 times served frozen or raw quarter pounder patties. Multiple attempts to rectify this with "free food" from the manager have failed. Ironically, all times we were offered replacement food, it was replaced with more raw food. Last offense was one half frozen one completely pink meat patty. You have a machine that is already programmed to cook large quantities of your food to the safe and appropriate temperature. Tampering with this to improve your metrics is causing customers like me to get sick and waste time and money. Attached photo is AFTER I microwaved this 102°F patty 1200w for 30 seconds. Still a cold, offensive, pink mess"
