We did marketing for this event, and to our residents that were looking forward to them coming. They failed to call, email or contact us in any way to cancel. We also attempted to make contact with them directly text, call (lm), and facebook message. They did not respond to that either. Very disappointed, very bad business all together! If they were unhappy or had any issues they should have contacted us either way to cancel period!"
