Captain D's

"This is the second or third time I've ordered from here and each time the food has been great. I've been to a lot of Captain D's and it's always been hit or miss sometimes the grease seems old and/or the fish has too much grease in it and I've never had a problem with that at this location"

"The customer service I received this day was horrible. I walked to the counter to order, and there were two young ladies standing there. One with her back to the counter, wiping trays and the other leaning on the counter watching her and talking. She looked at me and didn't acknowledge me any other way, I guess because she worked the drive thru. However, she didn't say anything to the other lady. I eventually walked away and left disappointed because I don't have a Capitan D's in my city."

"I went today to Captain D's for the first time. I really like the food as Long John silver's expecting something like that. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I ordered fish and chicken with french fries and macaroni and cheese. I did not like the flavor of the chicken or the fish. The macaroni and cheese had a strange consistency way too soggy. Also since it was the first time I was there I was told the meals come with two sides. And I can choose from anything on the list that was presented. Unfortunately I found out that some items on the list heading up charge but was not told this before ordering. If I was told this I would have not ordered. The total came out for $30 for two people. Very expensive for some standard quality food. I do not recommend."

"Plus: Very diverse menu of options! Actually keto and Paleo friendly with broiled fish options. We ordered a seafood deluxe and seafood supreme platter. Made fresh, came hot, good flavor. yummy hash puppies.. Negative: The missing star was for the staff not knowing which fish is in the fried fish for this platter and slow service. Stuffed crab is mostly bread"
