"This place has been steadily going downhill. Used to order take out all often. Last more than few times there’s been multiple issues. First and foremost the tuna in the sushi has been questionable. Can’t say that’s what got my family sick but it tasted off and not fresh. Have had consistent issues with the rolls. Order one thing in a specific way and it’s always been messed up. Employee even called to verify. Explained to them what we wanted. And it was still wrong. Ordered an entree, didn’t come with the sauce it was supposed to have. Didn’t have any sauce at all. Got a pile of wilted lettuce I assume was supposed to be salad? But didn’t come with any dressing. It’s a shame. Place used to be great and ordered here frequently. But now it’s bad, food and quality has declined substantially. Unfortunately this is the last time. Won’t be ordering here again. There’s plenty of other decent restaurants around. With better sushi."

"I really like the food at this establishment. Today, I ordered dinner $41 and left the nice young man a 25% tip, assuming that he would get the tip. I asked him out of curiosity if he would get the tip, which was on my card. Him and other coworkers confirmed they do not get the tip. Not even the tip that goes in the tip jar....WHAT?? So the tip goes to the establishment and not the worker? WOW! So I requested a refund of my tip. It was given back to me in cash. I then gave it directly to him, not the tip jar. Hibachi Express you need to do better. It seems like a shady business practice. Deceiving the consumer."

"First time we try this place out. I am very picky and this place is definitely 5 stars. It is so clean, with calm music in the background. The workers are so friendly and kind. The food is absolutely amazing! We tried shrimp, chicken, and steak. The portions were big and they all taste great. Highly recommend."

"First time here, and I must say, "Not bad." Perfect for a quick meal! Very reasonable prices and good amount of choices. Inside the dining area was tidy with 2 TVs. We ordered sushi and got the Mexican roll and the godzilla roll."
