"Great lunch here with my father-in-law. Food came out fast and hot even being busy because of the $2 Tuesday beer which I love! I have been going to this location since they first opened and Pinellas Park earlier than that when I worked in St Pete. Chain seemed to go downhill soon after the locations were sold to a private equity firm, but seems to be on the comeback. Very clean with tiles on the floor instead of the wood flooring in the past. Happy to be a regular of this chain 27 out of their 30 years. Like how they take the time to respond to all the reviews here. That says a lot to me. Wish more businesses would respond to every Google review like is being done here. I give credit where it is due."

"Living near the restaurant, along the river in NPR, is absolute hell on Friday nights. They allow tons of cars to park in the lot with ear deafening, base booming speakers so loud or deep that the windows shake and you can feel the walls vibrating!!! Three solid hours this goes on!! They have no idea how much business they lose from the residential areas around them because of this. Stop the noise and just serve the food!! It used to be so nice to go in as a local for wings but we will not be back (nor will many others in the neighborhood) until this ridiculous Friday night booming stops."

"I recently made an order through Uber Eats and it was incorrectly prepared. However, I contact Winghouse they correct the issue immediately and they delivered it to me. At the time I was unable to drive to go pick up my food. Customer service outstanding food delicious will highly recommend. Again thank you for going over and beyond to have a satisfied customer."

"I usually have a great time. But this time, hamburger was cooked twice and still didn't get it right. Never saw my waitress, she was nice enough when I did see her. When I asked for a manager, they said she was on her way after 20 minutes, and she never came outside.so I left."

"So disappointing, I'm a seasoned bartender and server. We came here 12/26 at 7pm. Our server was the only one wearing a jacket and looked 18, clearly her first serving job in a place that requires experience. We waited close to 10 minutes for our server, somehow then bartender didn't know how to make a paloma. Waited 10 minutes for my first drink, another 15ish for her to return to take our order. Whenever she walked away, we couldn't find her, after waiting 10 minutes each for another two drinks, we again couldn't see her, waited close to 15 minutes to ask for a check then another 10 minutes to get it, even though we never saw her serving other tables. We did however see her standing outside flirting with a guy. So we realized she was spending her shift trying to hook up. Here's a photo of her standing outside, ignoring her customers. This behavior takes tips away from the other servers that work hard at Wing House."
