"Hate to do it to you guys so new. But my big Texas brisket sandwich had almost no brisket. Kind of an insulting amount. I wouldn't have left this review if the just forgot it. But they put a tint sliver on there..... first and last time at this one! I'll still hit the Tampa location though. We were so excited to have one right next to our home. But nopeeee lol."

"WOW I love that there is an Einstein now close to my job. I don't have to travel as far anymore. We went today around noon and were totally blown away by the service we received. The line was out the door, yet we had our food within ten minutes, and I found out that this was the fourth day opened. Our sandwiches were made correct, our dozen bagels are now in the freezer for this weekend, and we love the smaller set up. Much easier to get in and out. Megan waited on us today and she was amazing, so personable and a real treasure to have. We can't wait to come back in a few days and restock up on our bagels!"

"This location opened 3 days ago. I was expecting a team in training that might require a little patience which is to be expected of any newly opened store. To my surprise, that wasn’t the case today. It was around 1:30 so it wasn’t busy. The store was clean, the associates were friendly and my order came out fast. I ordered two bagel sandwiches and one bagel, double toasted, with cream cheese. My bagel sandwich was very fresh. My husband and son enjoyed theirs as well. Great job! Thanks for opening a location in this area!"

"Visited this morning before 9AM because I heard they just opened and I love the bagels at other locations. I had a great experience. They were busy, with a line to the door, but they moved quickly. The customer service was awesome. I had questions and made changes and the young lady did not get frustrated. She was patient, kind, and even made recommendations. Great job! My bagel was made to order and very tasty. I got a simple egg, turkey sausage and cheese on an asiago bagel. No complaints! I will be back, soon "

"Overpriced and skimpy on the ingredients. First time customer, and I was surprised when my order came out to almost $20 with tip for two bagel breakfast sandwiches? I mean really? I know a place down the street that has better bagel sandwiches (they don’t skimp on ingredients) for $4-$5 a sandwich. So basically half the price, and they taste better as well. The ambience is also cold, with no place to sit to eat. You have to order, and leave. No thanks. Won’t be back."
