"I ordered a milkshake with an espresso shot in it. After assuring me repeatedly it was in there, I took a sip and realized all I tasted was vanilla. I went inside to order an extra espresso shot, to find out that their machine is broken. They lied and sold me something I did not want. They were condescending and rude. Don’t go here."

"It's literally always something with this McDonald's I can't tell you how many times they put me in the spot to wait for them to bring out the rest of my order and then they never bring out my order. I have to go in and then my food is cold sitting on the counter. That's happened to me at least three times. Also they make the food extremely messy so as soon as you pick it up you get covered in all the condiments which I don't know how they eat it like that. Today I ordered breakfast and they canceled my order and my partner went up to go get it. They lied and said it just wasn't there. Now I missed breakfast and I have to figure out where to get food from which is frustrating cuz I just missed 30 minutes of my morning for this and I only go to this McDonald's because it's the closest one to my house but I think I'll just stop going all together. Thanks for nothing"

"I pull into the drive thru to place my order for 1 item, get told to wait a moment, and then have to wait for the car that arrived after me to place their order and be told to pull forward before she says, “what was your order?” Trash, I’ll never be back at this location again. All of the stores in this plaza in general have an arrogance for being lazy and just plain rude. You lost sales."

"Burger meat was very old, probably 2 hours old. Burgers were not edible. Fries were OK and milkshakes were good. Service was good. Had good burgers here in the past, but not edible this time."

"Just left McDonald's on little and will never visit this location again. They are pulling all cars out of the drive thru and parking them as soon as they pass the drinks out the window. Fine, I'll park for 2 happy meals. Then a total of 3 trips and 3 different workers to my car to figure out what my order was. As if that wasn't enough, we are watching 5 employees standing doing nothing while the shift manager seems to be the only one picking orders."
