"We came through the drive thru and there was no one in front or behind us and every time I ordered something the person taking the order kept saying anything else anything else like rushing us. When I pulled up to the window we sat there for at least 5 minutes while people stood around and then the lady opened the window handed me the food rushing then shut the window so then I waited for her to open it back up and said I didn’t even pay yet and didn’t get our drinks! Our food was okay the Cole slaw tastes different and had lots of liquid and my Mac n cheese was cold which was really infuriating after our visit in the drive thru. Get help for this store"

"Every time I visit this establishment they mess up my order of somehow. This is the last time, I ordered 5 wings 2 biscuits mash and gravy with coleslaw. I asked the lady, Do I need to check the bag? Is everything in it? She says yes, well I get home Of course there is no mashed potato or coleslaw and missing one wing. I drive back to the Establishment 10 Minutes Later. Unfortunately she was very rude acted as if I was in the wrong somehow and did not even apologize. Asked me for my receipt when she just saw me ten minutes prior. Either they don't have the chicken you want or they mess the order up. I should have checked before I left but the customer service is horrible regardless."

"I ordered the $2.99 special that you get when you text them. The chicken was small and a little bit dry but still delicious. I also ordered Pot pie and it was excellent. The crust was better than ever. Most of all the service I got from the young lady at the drive-thru was remarkable. She helped me with the app to get the special. She remembered to put in the napkins and sauces that I ordered and even put in Honey for the biscuit that I forgot to order. I've been coming here for years and this is the most impressed I've ever been."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered the new chicken nuggets meal! What a freaking joke! These nuggets are so small and whoever packed the box should be ashamed of the scraps of fried batter that was counted as nuggets!! The biscuit was so small that the container of sauce was bigger than it!! To top it off none of it was fresh at all!! What a waste of money!! Do better KFC!! Update: Don’t bother calling KFC corporate because they will lie and say that they will send you a refund for your order and you never receive it!! It’s been a month!! Go somewhere else! Publix has better chicken in my opinion for less!"

"Amazing! Fresh, tasty, juicy chicken. The place is clean and well maintained. Be ready to wait at least 15 minutes for them to prepare a new batch but it's worth it. I got the 2 pcs mashed potato and biscuit for $6."
