"I want to give them 10 Stars if I could.. I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday. Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday."
"I HAVE to give 5 stars! Yes the wait was longer than normal, but there were two women that were Rockin all the orders! People kept coming in, orders online kept coming in non-stop. They acknowledged people as soon as they came in and let them know it would be a bit, They continued to apologize for the wait but they kept a great attitude! I wish I would've remembered their names to acknowledge them! I don't live as close to this location but we will definitely return!!! The subs were done perfectly as well! Thank you ladies!!!"
"Was welcomed and addressed right away they would be worth us as soon as possible. They moved the line quickly and efficiently. Very polite team. The food looks fresh with all the normal menu items stocked."
