Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

"When you walk in, the place is immaculate! Super clean, everyone was very nice and we got checked in with periodically throughout the time we were there by different members of staff. As you can see in the photo the presentation was great and it tasted even better than it looks. I would definitely go back again! Sidenote (This is more a general statement rather than being about the actual business, since everywhere does this these days): I will say one thing I didn’t really care for was the fact that the card reader asked me for a tip with the lowest being 10% which would’ve been close to $4.. $4 dollars just to press a couple buttons to take my order is a little much.. I am not even sure who it would actually go to. I say this being someone who has relied on tips heavily for many years working in the restaurant industry.. I am not knocking the hustle, I respect it but I guess it’s just kind of irritating that I can wait on someone hand and foot for hours and hope & pray to squeeze 20% out of them at the end but this person just pushes a couple buttons and gets 10% when he’s making a regular hourly wage. Anyways, I digress. By the end of it I felt like they deserved a tip and put a couple bucks in the jar. I feel like it was the right thing to do."

"Came to check out the new location since I normally go to the one on ridge. Pleasantly surprised with the service here. Way better customer service than the one on Ridge. There was a girl at the window. She was super sweet super nice and efficient. I think her name is Tonya , she was awesome ."

"First time going to Charley's. It's a small restaurant but it was clean and the service was fast. The food was really good but it's a bit pricey since theres no combo meal everything you order has to be separate."
