"I've been going to this BK on and off for years and have always kept a low expectation that my order would be right or fresh since they've had a lot of mishaps. But tonight, oh tonight, they had it perfect and on a very large order. Everything was fresh, tasty, and crispy. I was checking the order after receiving it and the guy at the window asked if I had everything and legitimately sounded worried. What a cool guy. What makes for a good show is a great redemption arc and it seems it's finally arrived. If you've made it this far, well I too have nothing better to do right now. My favorite memory of this store is around 3 years ago when a manager, I think Tom (but I'm not certain, so don't quote me on it), slammed his keys on the counter after a customer was throwing a fit about the wait time on his order. They were clearly running on low staff and struggling but hey, that's life sometimes. Tom said to the customer, "You wanna run this store?!? It's my birthday and my manager is on vacation." Customers face was great. Oh, good times. Anyhow, I hope Tom is well, whoever or wherever he is. Life is about enjoying the good moments and tonight was one of them. Seems BK is back on the menu boys. Now if we could just do something about that light that's been hardcore rave blinking in the parking lot for the past month."

"I would have given more stars for food, but I ordered the 4 PC mozzarella sticks and they were all hollow. Actually one had a trace of cheese, not even half full. So I'd say if you go there, don't get the cheese sticks. Otherwise it was okay. Friendly staff though."

"I would honestly be shocked one day that this location actually gets an order right, they consistently get the order wrong, missing items, completely wrong order, hell 1 time I ordered a whopper and they literally gave me one with no meat on it. This location needs a complete re do of staff from management on down, everyone has an attitude, pleasantries out the window, I get it, it's fast food HOWEVER you all suck at your very minimal jobs. Bare minimum would be refreshing and 9 times out of 10 you don't even get that here at this location. Stay away!"

"If I could give a negative rating I would. Three times in a row now there has been something wrong with order. Today, my hamburger is burnt to a crisp, stiff as a board and inedible. It's also cold. Not all condiments on husband's order were done (no lettuce). It is useless to try and call because they won't pick up the phone, no matter the time. I've tried calling probably 50-60 times the past month or so. The staff have no interest in trying to help you or make things right. This location Always seems to have some kind of machine broken. It's a real shameful place."
