"2024-01-21: For years, I have heard a LOT of good things about Red's Restaurant. I finally got a chance to try it for myself. I arrived when they opened at 7am. Ashley (sp.) was very cheerful and took great care of me. I asked her about a breakfast bowl that I thought I saw on an online menu. She told me it was a Biscuit Bowl and that it is usually a special they offer, but they could make it for me. So...that is what I ordered. The Biscuit Bowl included bacon, ham, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cheese, and eggs. It was delicious. I also ordered a ham and cheese omelet with "spuds" and wheat toast. Everything was fantastic! There is quite a bit of inside seating, and also a nice outside area."

"We come to FL on business a few times a year. Whenever we pass this place, the parking lot is always packed! So we decided to give it a try for our first time today. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a smile and seated right away. Our waitress came quickly and was friendly and polite. The food came out super quick. My husband and I both got the Hot Beef Sandwich and it was massive! They do allow for sharing with a $2 upcharge, which worth it if you ask me. We brought home enough leftovers to have for dinner! The atmosphere had a very cool vibe with a juxtaposition of old versus new. For instance, at the counter, they do not have a digital cash register. It is the old-fashioned kind where you push the round buttons and you have the total come up in the window. You better know how to make change, because this dinosaur won't tell you! LOL. But then, on the wall next to it, you have a QR code for the menu and the credit card reader. All-in-all, I highly recommend Red's. We will definitely be back and I can't wait to try the breakfast!"

"While eating on the patio, I overheard staff and customers disparaging people with disabilities and trans folks. They were using the restaurant’s ADA ramp and the idea of a trans-friendly bathroom (which they seemed to regard as anathema) as the touch points for their humor. I respect a privately-owned business’s right to believe and say whatever they like, and it is inconsistent with my values to patron a business that, no matter what their political/personal/social beliefs are, finds humor in disparaging other people. Before overhearing all of that - my review was going to be: “I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. As a wrap, it was delicious, but it had only a whispered mention of buffalo sauce in the wrap. So while it wasn’t what I was hoping for, it was still good.”"
