"I waited 15 minutes in curbside for my food and had to finally then call and ask why it was taking so long when they had 2 cars in the drive thru and inside was not that busy. I got some rude lady on the phone who cut me off and then hung up on me after telling me it’s coming out I ordered my sandwich with no pickle and got pickles on it, thank god I’m not allergic, my fries were cold and stale so they were probably sitting for a while same with the chicken nuggets I ordered. When I took a sip of my coke, I’m pretty sure it was Diet Coke. I will drive out of my way to another McDonald’s instead of coming here again. This place needs an attitude makeover and should be given cold stale food for full price so they can understand what that feels like. I do not recommend this location."

"It was a good experience. I used the McDonald's app and I got a 10 pice chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder under $6 dollars. This was a great McDonald's experience."

"I drive from Belleview Florida to Ocala to pick up my wife. I’m there 30 minutes early before she gets off so I decide to get something to eat. I go inside wait in line get up to the register go to order go to use the coupon for a free medium fry and it pops off. I have to wait 15 minutes because apparently I just use the code even though I have it Manager is the one at the register taking orders saw me waiting the entire time and does nothing to assist me other than say oh you can choose to wait. This McDonald’s Management has an always will be the worst manage McDonald’s that I have ever been to in Florida. Orders are constantly wrong and Management doesn’t care about assisting the guest. I hope one day that this McDonald’s is on corporate capitalize and the entire Management gets started over."

"when I got my Burger out of my bag I noticed someone took a big bite out of it. I honestly didn't mind but you could of asked before hand. The food was great though!"

"This place was spotless. I was just going in to see if a couple of people were in there they said they were going to be over there for a little while after we did the outreach. I did not end up finding them. But I have found that when I've gone into McDonald's or to their drive-thru I've always gotten great customer service and good hot food.. so I am definitely going to recommend McDonald's to anyone whether you're traveling or you're just local stopping get what you need along with a smile and great customer service"
