Hardee’s

"Went thru drive thru at 12:19… took 8 mins and I was the only person there in drive thru and no on was inside!!! I should have known better… live 4 mins away… fries are cold and greasy… asked for absolutely NO CHEESE is even on my order of course it has cheese and then when I got home and it has a funny twangy taste I call and am told it’s just salsa and it’s ok!!!! If I wanted a salsa burger I would have ordered one! The burger was only lukewarm so I know it wasn’t fresh or it would have had a fresh taste. Very very disappointed esp after getting the small meal and it was $12.08! I was afraid to give the burger to the dog because the pastey sauce smelled funny and tasted funny. I did put the fries in paper towels .. drained the grease and the dog seemed to like it but hey he likes anything! My order sucked and will not ever go back"

"For the 3rd time in a row my order at the drive thru wasn't right. Will never go to Hardee's again. The last 2 times what I ordered wasn't available or they gave me the wrong order. This time I sat at the window for over 8 minutes, with no one even acknowledging me. The manager finally came to the window to ask me to pull ahead because they missed my order, or gave it to someone else. I said forget it and left, I only have a half hour lunch and it takes 10 minutes each way to get there. So I was late back to work because they screwed up, no wonder they are like the worst fast food restaurant time and time again."

"The Lady at the Drive Thru is a complete rude person. I will never go back there after the experience that she gave me. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me after her rude smart mouth on the intercom. I won't say that the manager or the other workers are bad but she doesn't need to be in customer service."

"Duane H is a stellar human! His energy is welcoming and the young lady working with him at 4p on Tuesday 09/19 have made my meal and made my day. It's a little slow in the store and they are making sure that the dining area is tidy. They made my food perfectly but more than that, they have excellent customer service. Rare find these days!"
