McDonald's

"I use my app and a coupon to order the $6 medium meal. I get charged in full but they forgot my burger. The cashier talks to her manager and she says she won’t honor and I would have to order again. I call corporate. I’m hungry so I wait another 15 minutes to use another code. I show the code but the cashier walks away to get her manager and then the code expires and get charged. I just walk up and out there dissatisfied and stressed out on the incompetence of not honoring the mistake."

"After waiting 10 minutes at the register,because I'm not a fan of the kiosks, I finally ordered at the kiosk. 25 minutes later my order was ready. Another customer accidentally grabbed my order. I repeatedly asked for assistance from what workers I could see to no avail. Finally after another 15 minutes I explained what happened and they remade my order. I wouldn't return here if my food was free everyday! I parked at the Love's the night before and had a similar experience getting dinner. A bad experience once is coincidental, twice is habitual."

"One of the worst McDonald's experiences I have had. The whole thing was dirty, most of the self-order screens were down and there were no humans taking orders. Our order came without pop, chocolate milk, or any fries. Workers were friendly and doing their best, though."

"Of my few visits to this location (the McDonald's), the french fries were not good - not cooked crispy/undercooked and/or cold, old. The burgers were okay and the fountain drink(s). "World famous fries?" Absolutely not... in my opinion and (plethora) experiences - over the past couple of decades at different locations. I'm not even a frequent McDonald's visitor and the fries are absolutely most of the time not good. Either the fries are not hot and/or not crispy (undercooked), and with all the culinary technology. Smh."

"This somehow managed to be the most disorganized McDonald’s I have ever been to. I am obviously not expecting a miracle at McDonald’s but come on. After waiting for our food for 20 minutes and seeing everyone else get there food I go up and inquire “oh we’re making it”. 2 min later they bring the drinks. No you weren’t “making it.” You forgot our order. Finally our food comes out and literally half our order was missing. They somehow forgot the nuggets but remembered the sauce? I asked for the toddler toy, got a regular toy. Tables were filthy. No napkins or ketchup. Everything at the kiosks. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. The whole point of stopping here on a road trip is to get food FAST. Should have just sat down at a diner. Food was fine at least."
