Starkey Elementary School

"My son (4th grade) often gets in the car after school and says "I love my school". His teacher is great, (they get to sit on yoga balls in his class), communication is great, principal is super nice. We are so glad we switched to Starkey!"

"Sad to say nothing is perfect, reality has to come into play at some point. For us the last two years and the beginning of this year have been a hugh disappointment. Seems the school system has adopted the progressive ideas in education, divide children according to there learning class. An A rated school has to keep that rating so every student has to be successful for the school to remain an A. The problem with this is all students have different strengths and challenges and we are no longer addressing and teaching to either. The new way is to divide for the purpose of maintaining an image and a predestined plan for their future. Not a plan that a parent my have, but a carefully calculated plan for societal change. So sad in what alines with importance. The truth lies somewhere between several excuses. The students know the truth, the educators offer the excuses. Such a disappointment how they are CHOOSING to wield their power."

"My 3 year old grandson must really like it , He just started there by the second day he was crying to stay at school for the first time. There has to be something Great about this place!"
