"I CANNOT pass this McDonald's and not stop. I live in Ellisville and will go farther to Alachua instead of McDonald's in Lake City. The wait is minimal, the food is always hot, fresh, and good! Employees have always been fast and friendly! Store is open late and no matter what time of day is worth the drive for me. Out of 50 plus visits I've only gotten unsatisfactory food once which was quickly rectified! Thank you for being the best Mickey D's around!"

"I ordered breakfast number 2 and the price was $9.02 and I get this very child size orange juice! That is expensive for the little food and drank I received!"

"Drive thru experience - The first window was empty, no one there. So i assumed that i will pay at second window and take the ordered items. High school kid takes my card and disappears, “without” telling me that he has to go another location to charge it. Comes back after few minutes gives the food and i ask where is the card.. he says inside the bag. Least bothered kid with attitude Spoke to manager and asked her to educate the kid on how to communicate and told her to teach him not to show attitude. Date : 11/24/23, time served around 2pm est"

"Everything was over salted. It was not quite to the point of being inedible but it was not pleasant. No one was at the counter so I put in the order at the kiosk and ran my own credit card. I suppose I gave myself excellent service but McDonald's provided none. The only human interaction was the person who brought the food to the table but did not say a word. The atmosphere was conspicuous by its absence."
