"Wow! Best Taco Bell experience ever. Carla and the crew were awesome, friendly and helpful and smiles all around. Carla happily built the best Enchirito I have ever had. Quesadilla and soft taco exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant and tasty experience. Five stars because there is no TEN. 'Thank you' to Carla and the guys."

"I ordered a few very simple items. Half my order was correct the other half was not. I informed the attended who brought them and after finally understanding what he was trying to say he put extra items in by accident. I explained I was still missing stuff and they could t figure it out. I finally got two of the three missing items and just left out of frustration. Got home to eat only to find out the tortilla on my breakfast tacos was completely burned and inedible. The cinnamon twists were so over cooked they had to be throw out because my daughter could t chew them. This is ridiculous and the customer service was horrible. I don’t normally leave reviews but I could t avoid this one. Go somewhere else In Alachua to enjoy lunch."

"This location has issues. I ordered Crunchy Taco Supremes. They weren’t made well and the shells weren’t even close to full. Wish I had thought to take a photo. But with all the noise kids were making playing in the soda machine. Nobody says a thing until one of the kids put their mouth on the soda nozzle outlet and drinking soda direct from the machine. Turns out it’s take your kids to work day I guess bc one of the employees spoke to them like they were hers. We left and probably will just go to a different location next time. See my review of the Archer rd location. It’s a complete opposite of this location. So I did come back bc I didn’t have a choice. But same things going on. I guess you can bring your kids to work and let them have free reign of the soda machine and they are loud. Not a good situation for the children or the parent."

"So I ordered a steak cheesy gordita crunch this evening and im so passed tha ill probably NEVER go back to this place. I ad upcharged 2$ for the steak which is fine but they only gave me 3 tiny pieces of meat on the damn thing. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement."
