"The people in the chiefland dunkin donuts are very poorly trained!! The price of products change daily, they are always out of something, usally it espresso, whip cream and straws... they advertise different donuts and they are usally out of most of them. Their excuses never make since.. waste of time setting or standing in line.."

"They have a large staff… They are so slow… molasses flows, faster… Dirty not clean… The bathroom had a missing light… Customer service was…ehhhh! One of my least favorite Dunkin’ Donuts… Sorry"

"The place is a joke. They will make eye contact with you while you're standing there waiting, bit not acknowledge you at all. Not, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing .. they will continue to have their conversation, and leave you standing there for 10 minutes or more. Then when they do decide to come up they're rude to you. I used to go every day, and they were ok then, but now the management needs to work with their employees and train them better... I most definitely will not return."

"Walked inside, there was 5 or 6 people working, and a couple people in line. I used the restroom, which was pretty clean, at least until I got done with it, and came back out, there was no line, and I waited for 30 minutes before anyone came up front. I mean come on. Don't go to the back and hang out. The breakfast sandwich I got was ok. The iced coffee was pretty good though. Overall, not horrible. Just would like to not have to wait so long just order."
