"On this trip, I arrived 4 minutes before close. I was greeted with enthusiasm when I spoke to the attendant at the drive thru. My food was hot, fresh, and my order was correct. For fast food, Captain D's is very good. The attendant was polite and that makes a difference with customer service, especially when you know an establishment is about to close."

"I observed cashier when my cousin and I first arrived being rude to customers at drive thru and it continued with same behavior at counter because a customer took a while deciding what she wanted to eat. Another lady from the back came and took our order. It took a long time to get our food so my cousin went to check on it and 1st cashier was just not pleasant. The floor under some booths had food on floor. Just not a pleasant experience and this was my 1st and last time going to this establishment. God bless them but that 1 cashier needs to work on people skills. Maybe this was just a bad day for her and I pray that's what it was and that she has better days ahead. Again God bless them all"

"NEVER HAVE I BEEN TO ANY CAPTAIN D'S or any other restaurant and was so totally disrespected by the so-called general manager. I do not regularly write reviews, however, this behavior needs to be brought to someone's attention. I just re-located here and when I saw the restaurant I was happy because they are usually great for a lunch. I had been waiting for a while after paying for my meal and I was trying to get the woman's attention. After 3 tries I knocked on the window a little louder. She was so rude and without addressing me as to whether I wanted a refund. She told me she was going to refund me. What an attitude in this so called leader. I will be reaching out to your corporate office about this. People of this caliber and demeanor should not be working with the public. The food was fine although I didn't eat much because I was so angry. Whoever the owner , maybe you should consider hiring someone who cares about people and your business."
