"One of the receptionist was very unprofessional. Not only did she continuously talk over me, she put me on hold multiple times without an explanation including while I was currently speaking, she lied about not having a supervisor on the floor, she lied about having no transportation for the patients, and she lied about not having availability then all of a sudden she had a spot available. When we got to the office she had a very snarky and stank attitude. Very unprofessional and I see no reason why she should have been hired. She has no sense of hospitality at all. Very unpleased! If I’m not mistaken her name is something along the line of Terrisha."
