"Woodsy outdoor seating featuring Brian's signature garlic redskin potatoes! Like you see in other reviews, they are extremely fresh & delicious. Ordered a cheeseburger and pulled pork Cuban sandwich. Both were tender, flavorful, and fresh. Also enjoyed a single serving banana pudding. Yes, the meringue is REAL; it's fluffy and sweet. The pudding is so creamy and filled with real banana."

"Don't judge a book by its cover. The place looks a little rough when you pull into the lot. However, the staff (one gentleman) was very nice. And, the food was wonderful. The pulled pork was perfection. The ribs sweet and fell off the bone. Coleslaw was delicious. You can eat out back (again nothing fancy) or take it to go. I'd go back for sure."

"One of the best kept secrets we’ve stumbled upon! Nestled in the Marshes of Eastpoint, before you take the bridge to SGI, this one man show hits all the right tastebuds for a BBQ joint. We enjoyed sitting on the porch that sits on the back of the building while waiting on our meal. The scenery and sounds add even more complement to Pollywhogs. Like I said, it’s a one man show so kick back, relax, and be patient because it’s definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend the smoked ribs and Buffalo chicken sandwich!"
