"My children attend this preschool and I absolutely love the welcoming feel I get each morning. It’s always clean and my children are so happy to go as they are learning so much."
"After reading the reviews I had high hopes for this daycare. Now, looking back— I wish I would have noticed that all of the 5 star reviews were posted no less than 2 years ago. I really wanted to love it, I wanted my daughter to love it, but that just wasn’t the case. We were only enrolled a short while before my fully potty trained daughter started having “accidents.” At first, it was 2 or 3 a week, but eventually progressed to 2 or 3 accidents A DAY!!! And by no means am I exaggerating! For the life of me, I could not figure out the problem. I gave suggestions… because she didn’t have ANY accidents at home… However, the problem persisted. And, I’ll tell you like I told them… “A few accidents a week could be the child, but a few accidents a day is the caregivers!!!” My last straw was when Ms. Crystal (I believe she’s the director) stated that my toddler might have a UTI. She made sure to add that she was “no medical professional” but in all honesty, I didn’t see much professionalism at all. For weeks, there was— what looked like— a big rusty metal boat propeller sitting right in front of the entrance. Once, my daughter came home covered in bleach— I was told she climbed up on a shelf, retrieved the bottle and sprayed herself. Once, I picked my daughter up and she had no shoes on— I was told she had an accident that morning that left her shoes and socks soiled, but they didn’t think it appropriate to call me or my husband. Often, my daughter would come home with bumps, bruises, and scrapes— I never received incident reports. The teachers were pleasant enough but, looked as if they had just rolled out of bed. I’m talking boxer shorts and wrinkled baggy T shirts. I tried my best to be patient, but that was short-lived, as I despised leaving my child in their care. We decided not to return after I was handed a form to sign, this form stated that the facility, the owner, and the staff could not be held liable in the event of injury or death to my child. I could see the owner was truly banking on me just signing, she was hoping I would not read it and just accept her FALSE summary of the document. I could also see the surprise on her face when I read it out loud to her. She quickly stopped me and said that she wrote the document herself, so she’d go home to google it’s legal meaning and get back to me. No surprise… she continued to slide that same form to other parents and never got back to me. We decided to move on shortly after."
"Unfortunately after Danielle and Will stepped back this preschool has gone downhill since Tanya has taken over. They send children home with other kids pacifiers that had crusted on food on it multiple times. Also on more than one occasion their excuse for not paying attention to children getting bit so bad that it breaks through the skin and their only response is “I don’t know, she didn’t cry.” Parents with ELC get charged an extra fee on top of their parent fee. Their teachers were always sitting down while children are out at the playground and they put the bigger fence around so you can’t notice it now. It’s so sad I’ve never seen a preschool go from being so good to so ”bad”"
"Mrs. Danielle and Mr. Will completely transformed this daycare. They go above and beyond for these kids, and the parents. They have great staff and teachers that truly love their kids. My kids made wonderful friends and loved their teachers at creative minds preschool very much!! They always have it beautifully decorated according the season and they have lots of extras through out the month for the kids!! Best daycare around this area!"
"My children have been attending the school since it was kids stop and play and now that it is creative minds and ran by new owners the place is AMAZING! Night and day difference. The staff is professional and the new owners Danielle and Will are amazing. I am in love with what they have done to the place. My second child attends vpk there, and my oldest attends after care. They both went during the summer for 3 days a week. I will definitely be sending my daughter there when she is ready for school :) I highly recommend Creative Minds. As a mother I know how scary it is to trust people with your children. Creative minds and the staff will take that anxiety away because they provide excellent and professional care for your children. May I add my son who's in VPK has speech issues and was non verbal until he started attending creative minds. Now my son talks up a storm. They helped my son significantly with his speech. Creative minds will give your child the jump start to education they need to prepare them for elementary school. Ms. Miriam is amazing too! I thank her so much for helping my son with his speech and his all around education."
