Waffle House

"I would have gave 5 stars but they got my order wrong they did fix it and got it right but when I was almost done I found a hair in my food. But not sure if it was mine or someone else’s so I didn’t complain."

"me and my friends all work at a waffle house in a different location, and never will we ever drop off the food and just walk away without asking if the customers need anything. nor will we ever leave open containers of syrup on low bar. our server christy just walked away from us without asking if we needed anything. stop by our location where we make sure the customer has everything they need and the service is never drop off and leave."

"Came in earlier today to get a simple breakfast and left with a smile on my face. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was kind and had a nice sense of humor and I felt welcomed even though I was just taking my breakfast to-go. Kathy is amazing! She was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. Thank you for giving me a great experience in a short time. Made my day."

"Unsure how you manage to both Burn something while leaving it raw? Chopping fried eggs into "Scrambled" is NOT acceptable. They are completely different in looks, taste, and appearance. Even the Bacon was raw yet had a burnt taste? Hashbrowns look perfect..... BURNT! Clean the GRILL much? Understand busy, understand times are changing..... DO NOT UNDERSTAND Lazy or paying high prices for Simple food for it to be BURNED or RAW."
