Wendy's

"Updating because I went back once again and my bad. Order a simple biggie bag with double stack and that confused them. Got a cold old chicken sandwich. Yep I'm done with this wendy's. Since I lived here a year ago this is the 4th time I've tried to go here and everytime its wrong. Even if I don't order anything special or changed from the menu. I give 2 star because part of my order was missing. I should have checked but honestly I was tired and upset and just wanted to get food and get home. Then the food I did get was old and cold. The employee was nice I just want them to make sure the full order was in bag. I pay almost 3 bucks for a sandwich I never got and no point calling cause I wasnt going back up and no one believes you when you call to say something."

"The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They are so slow, my food is always wrong, and the employees do not care about anything. Waited 50 minutes for a mobile order for it to not only be cold but also completely wrong. This place is a joke and I will never be back."

"Was surprised by the poor experience. Ordered a single combo and was charged for a triple ($3 more) the fries were sitting on the counter, so they were stale and cold. The Frosty could not be eaten with a spoon. The manager refunded a buck and change ( versus $6+). He said absolutely nothing."

"Started out going inside the restaurant. I stood at the front while 4 staff members looked at me but never took my order. This was at 9:45am on 10/13/23. I stood there for about 5 or 6 mins before I decided to go thru the drive thru. They took about 10 mins thru drive thru for me to get my items. The only good thing about this experience was the girl working the window. She was sweet and kind. And the food was actually decent....once i got it. But the rest of the staff.....boooooo!"
