"CASHIER CANT COUNT CHANGE BACK!! Food $10.14 gave her $50.14. My calculations $40 change. How did she count $32 change back? Watch out when giving large bills. Manager made it good"

"I usually never have a problem with food here but recently II got an overcooked corn dog. I asked for another and without a question I got a fresh corn dog. Lil things that make you smile. Great service that day."

"Sit here for 15 minutes just to have my order not taken the screen was clearly working no one ever came to it. After pressing the button repeatedly someone came on with a attitude saying they are drive through only. So I pulled through the drive-thru with only one car in the line Sit there another 15 minutes. Finally got to the window lady told me they were short-staffed when there was clearly four people working. They had no one in the parking lot clearly not busy. This is same at every Sonic I've been to in Panama City In the last few months. Employees don't care I am sure they are underpaid. apparently management don't care if they lose money or customers. I feel like sonics will not last too much longer if they keep doing business like this. McDonald's might get my order wrong but at least it don't take 30 minutes"

"The lady taking my order was super sweet but the other lady running the drive thru window was super rude and unprofessional when handing me back my change. We were handed back drinks that were dripping all over the cup making a sticky mess. She also rolled her eyes when I asked for 2 straws that we didn’t receive with our slushees. We will not be coming back to this location."

"The service was horrible! I went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate shake. By the time I arrived to pick up the shake the shake was sitting by the window. When the young lady gave me the shake I noticed it was already melting. I asked her to make me a new one due to it being melted and she said she just made it. I told her I was buying it for my husband, that he was getting out of surgery and would like to have a good shake. I started to give it back to her and she said that she could not take it back due to health code violations. She said I could throw it in the garbage can on my out that she would make a new one. She left and then came back and said that her manager said she could take it and make me a new one. While she was walking back I notice she was talking with someone (I'm assuming her manager). I looked to she if she made a new one. She turned around and walked toward the drive through window and gave me a (new shake) but this shake had a soda lid on it. I opened it up and it was still runny. All she did was dump it into a new cup & put a soda lid on it. All while having a bad attitude. I have never left a bad review until today. I have worked in customer service over 25 years and understand that customer service can be really hard to say the least. I also recognize that customer service is not what it used to be especially after covid. But I do not understand the total neglect of this young lady and her manager today. This could of been taken care of by simply making a new shake without all the drama. I would recommend that corporate have classes for their employees on better customer service."
