No. 1 Asian Buffet 232 South Tyndall Parkway, Panama City, FL 32404

"It's terrible. I hate to say it. It's the only buffet in the area and my kids used to love going here. I still try to catch them on a good day, but it hasn't happened in so long I've unfortunately given up after this visit. We sat for an hour and had to ask them to refresh things on the buffet. I noticed they didn't even take the time to make salad dressing anymore. Just stuck a big bottle of Hidden Valley out there. I never got a refill. None of us did. I paid with a card so I tipped upfront, that was the last time I saw my waitress. It just sucks. Not because it's gotten so bad. It sucks because we used to love coming here. And we have given it so many chances over 2 years now. And it sucks this will be our last trip."

"Food is cold, tastes really gross, and the warming trays were empty. The best part is the signs posted all over about being charged for waste food, all the food is waste."

"We have been several times on Sunday afternoon and it was good. However, I definitely do not recommend going at night. We went in at 6:40 on Friday night and paid full price. Half of the warmers were empty, and several others had very small amounts of food. My husband called it to their attention and then they turned this sign around saying we are not replenishing the food, so look first, and we will give 10% off. We were not offered any compensation whatsoever. So $30 for very little food and none of our favorite items."

"So we paid $30 for myself and my 12 year old. Every single thing we ate was cold, I asked them if there was anything warm and that all of our food is cold. She walked over to the table looked and walked away. When she came back she said the pans were as high as they could go, and she offered to warm whatever we wanted up. I asked if we could take it to go because I had to leave and pick up my 6 year old from her Christmas party but she refused. My son took two bites out of his chicken on a stick and I had about 5 pieces of food testing the temperature of different items trying to find something edible. We left with no dinner. Avoid at all cost."

"I been in here three times. First time I don't remember all too well. Second was with my parents a few years back. This third time was with my boyfriend and his father. The food is absolutely delicious. The service was nice and polite and quick. I enjoyed that. However one of the ladies whom works here happens to be a Asian woman. I have no idea if she owns this place or is a manager. She was out talking to some customers I don't know about that's non of my concern. But I thought she was extremely rude coming to our table wanting some sweet and low sugar. She just came over and it happened so quickly while we were eating and just grabbed some sugar. I thought that was unacceptable. You do not at all do such disrespectful things. If you need something you politely ask. She did not. I come from a home when need something you ask politely and you shall receive. Other then her awfully rude behavior this place was lovely and food delicious. Definitely recommend but if anyone does that again I'm definitely gonna actually speak up and not just in a review to the public."
