McDonald's 2319 Thomas Drive, Panama City, FL 32408

"I waited for 10 minutes at the curb with one car ahead of me. My order was for an Egg McMuffin meal. I drove off with my meal to discover that my egg McMuffin was burnt black. You could even see the black through the cheese. I drove back and said my muffin was burnt and I needed another one. They gave me another egg McMuffin and I drove off to discover they gave me the same burnt muffin back? So I drove back and said I just wanted my money back. The manager said that’s how they are now required to set the temp on the griddle and that the muffin is “toasted”. I said it’s not toasted, this is burnt black And for all that trouble and waste of time, I was only given my money back for the muffin, and ended up having just hash browns (which I had to already eat by itself because I was starving) and a coffee with no egg cheese and ham muffin. AND I wouldn’t have even gone to McD if it wasn’t for wanting an egg McMuffin. The two pictures are one for the first drive through and one for the second drive through."

"Out of three curbside spots only one is marked. Thankfully that one spot was empty. We had no issues placing our order through the app. The wait for two kids meals and an extra burger was 15-20 minutes. I did have special requests so maybe that was the delay. The food was made correctly, and was fresh. The lady who checked us out was friendly, and wished us a happy new year."

"If you read other reviews, this place is either love or hate. We visited just before Christmas 2023. They were professional, friendly, and served good food fast. This is exactly what you want from a McDonald's. Well done, PCB!"

"Placed order at 10:15. I was there at 10:29 for pick up. It showed canceled. Day before I picked up at 10:35am. I was told weekends breakfast hours are different. It’s a holiday today and nowhere it says hours are different. We had called prior leaving and it goes straight to vm."

"I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes without being acknowledged. So, I went to the kiosk. When my order came up, I had to ask for my cup. She turned away as if it was an irritation and grabbed my cup. The fries were bland. Zero salt. The burger, without hyperbole might have been the worst burger I've ever had at a McDonalds. And the icing on the cake was that the place was absolutely filthy. It was a terrible experience. On the upside, the prices are actually pretty good considering it's on the beach. I will not be back."
