"I brought my husband here which is disabled. I explain to them that he could not sit to get up and down. that he needed to be able to come straight in and they take him back. The nurse told me to bring him on in and when I did, he had to stand and finally he sat down. She was not ready for him . They walked him down the hallways and then realized she had him in the wrong hallway, walked him back down The hallway brought him into another area made him go to the bathroom to pee in a cup but it was not clean had Pee on floor. So needless to say, he had to wait some more this place needs to get it together, especially for the elderly and handicapped.. no compassion !! And then she beat my husband’s hand, which is already bruised. He’s on blood thinners. This girl is severely missing compassion she is in the wrong field.!!! Will not come here again…"

"I just read in a previous post that a women at this location was rude. It appears that the issue was not resolved as management promised. Today I experienced the most nasty women I have ever encountered. She was rude, unfriendly and was not accommodating AT ALL. There were two woman there. The one I am speaking of was heavy set. She had an attitude for absolutely no reason. I will not be visiting this location again. I will take my business elsewhere until this woman no longer works there. I am big on customer service and do not take things like this lightly. Management should not either!"

"Staff at front seem slow. They always are "slow" for some reason or another. They need to train their staff better so they know what they are doing. Blood draws go smooth. Its just getting to the back for that."

"Woman was very nice to me. I had to have bloodwork done and I reserved a time online. I was in and out of there quickly. Even without a reserved time I would have been in and out quickly. Very clean place."

"If I can give 0 stars I would. I went there after setting appointment up online with my insurance. When I got there she said we don't accept your insurance and was very rude don't know why. Guess because she was miserable because she had to come to work. So sad. Need new employees that are thankful for their jobs. I went to quest."
