"One of the worst experiences I have had in the 82 years of my life. I was run around from Pine Ridge to Citrus Memorial for a full medical exam the first half of my first day. Told to come back the their Beverly Hills office after leaving the hospital. Upon returning to their office they said come back tomorrow as the the person who did my evaluation was gone for the day and to come back tomorrow. I telephoned first thing the next day, the evaluator told me I was accepted in their Leesburg, Fl facility and to proceed there as they were holding a room for me. Arriving at the facility I was escorted the their waiting room where 1 person was bundled up in a blanket sleep on the floor, another middle age lady was sitting on the floor with her head resting on a seat, sobbing and talking to herself. 1 last young man was lying on some chairs sleeping. I proceeded to wait approx. 2 hours to meet Carmen, the evaluator and admissions person. I told her I had been evaluated in their beverly Hills office by Kathleen, given a medical at the hospital for clearance. She told me that didn't matter and to go back out in the waiting room while she discussed my situation with another lady. I waited about 1/2 hr and was then told their facility could not help me. I left about 4:00PM and drove back home. Again, I would not recommend this place to my "WORST ENEMY". Do not put your life in their hands."
"Never been treated so rudely in my life. Don't go here for help, useless personal."
