"The amount to be charged was not verified at the window and a receipt was not given. When I got a receipt I was charged $18 when my order was a coke and small fry. I asked for a refund, got that. Then when I was charged again they snuck in a donation charge on the receipt. Check your receipts, credit cards if you come here. I will take this review down if this acknowledged and fixed by management."

"They forgot a sandwich and then continued to argue with us at the window when we asked for a new sundae because it was melted from us having to wait even longer for the sandwich. The guy was extremely rude. Said it was our fault for having such a big order. Our order was $30. Guess they can’t handle that size of order and have 0 customer service. Will never come back and highly don’t recommend."

"Stopped here quickly, went through the drive thru. Waited over 10 minutes to get my food after paying. Fries hard as rocks, nuggets the same. Don't know why it took so long since I was the only customer at the time I arrived. Better off going to Culver or Whataburger right down the road."

"It doesn't give me the opportunity to give zero stars , but the attention and service is minus ten. The employee who has braids in his hair and wears red is the rudest and most arrogant person there is. I am a local and every time I come it is the same, but today my patience ran out and that is why I am writing this review, because I am tired of their rudeness. I hope they take of this problem."

"Got a biscuit and gravy and when I got it it was refrigerated cold. I asked them for a new one and they took the same one I had and nuked it in the microwave. The biscuit was raw customer service wasn’t good."
