McDonald's

"Aww, every time I come and visit my mom, I love coming to this McDonald's because it had the old-fashioned McDonald's seats and the original toys they would give out in happy meals. Don't get me wrong, the upgrade look good, but I feel like they could have left some oldies but goodies. The food was great, the only problem was that the person who brought our food had a bit of an attitude left our food at a different table and walked away."

"I rated service a 4 because we did the drive thru agent was not pleasant. I could hardly hear what she was saying and felt as if we were a bother to her. Maybe if I had dined in the experience would have been better"

"Went through the drive through at 9:26 and got NO attitude about ordering so close to their breakfast cut off time (very rare for a McDonald’s). Both drive through ladies we pleasant and efficient. Better experience than the one off 98 in Mary Esther."

"I truly want to love it because it's directly by my home. I want to also support those local to me like the workers but these workers just do not even try. They are sometimes downright nasty in their behavior. The last time I went the lady practically threw the bag at me said nothing and turned away. I asked if that was everything and she said exasperatedly "Yes go! " there wasn't a line waiting or any reason to talk to me like a toddler. I was just thrown off by the lack of basic politeness. I have brought my kids into the play area and the floors are often disgusting and sticky. The last time the door alarm went off and they couldn't care less to come turn it off. There was a handful of young babies in the area so I finally went and said can we get this turned off please? They didn't answer and took about ten minutes to do so by which we just decided to up and leave as it was hurting our ears. Overall if the staff would take note from the workers at Chick-fil-A, they would get the location some higher reviews and more customers."
