"This is an ongoing issue with this location and I normally let it slide but today was ridiculous. Did an app order for two subs. Both were missing toppings. The first sub missing cucumbers and pickles, the 2nd missing tomatoes (which the first sub had on it so this isn't a case of they were just out of a particular item) and what veggies were on the 2nd sub were minimal at best. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GETTING THESE ORDERS WRONG! It is literally written down in plain English what does and does not go on a sub. I stopped ordering in person because the customer service in store was getting worse and worse but this is just unacceptable. I don't see how the owner of this store can tolerate such laziness from staff."

"Ordered ahead on app pickup time 145. Arrive at 2:00 order not even started because out of meats.. out of cheeses. How is a subway out of HAM, Salimai, and Pepperoni??Can't even make half the orders spent additional 20 mins in store because not taking orders inside before start my overdue online order. Then on top of it the customer service was non existent. Terrible experience and wasted money. Made a 12" Spicy Italian with Turkey! No other meats!! Just Turkey. Couldn't even eat it. Will not come or order from this location again."
