McDonald's

"Scotty the manager of this McDonald's is terrible! He never acknowledges walk in customers. He tells emoyees drive thru first even if a walk in has been there 10 minutes earlier. The place is disgusting and always has garbage and food all over the floor. When i questioned him he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a job and could do better. He is a rotten manager and needs to learn how to talk to people. Refuse to go there EVER again!"

"Friday for lunch at the drive thru, the lady taking my order talks like she is 5 yrs old. Cannot even say her numbers correctly. Please hire adults not children."

"Very very poor service. As we walked in not greeted. I had to. I ordered burger and 10 piece nugget. I waited 19 minutes for my food. People came in ordered large orders. And I'm still waiting! So I asked for a refund. He didn't say let me check and see or apologize. This is worst service I've ever experienced from a supervisor/manager/ team lead ever. Beal Pkwy"

"Placed a pick up order and was only given part of it and got charged for the whole meal. The Manager kid is very rude and has an Ole well attitude about it. I never eat here but I messed up cooking dinner. Just gonna file dispute for this. I don't appreciate being lied to and robbed. Update: they called me and told me they could now make my meals if I wanted to drive back up there.... what on earth is going on here!?"

"Every McDonald's I've been to lately has had very poor customer service the layout of the restaurants has made it where the customers are standing at the counter without being seen and the staff doesn't make an effort to check for customers. Honestly McDonald's needs to step up their customer service skills because their good food is getting lost due to the lack of service.
