"DFAC food is always hit or miss but it misses here often. Grilled chicken consistently dry enough to absorb your saliva, unseasoned veggies, etc. A few times they will pull off something worthwhile like ribs but that's not common enough. Had stuffed peppers with some nearly raw ground beef inside. Despite this I was ok eating it occasionally as it's very convenient after the gym upstairs and fairly cheap but recently they've been adding a 33% surcharge to everything that takes a bland meal of questionable value at $5-6 to nearly $8-9. If I'm paying that much it must compete quality wise with a real restaurant and it cannot."

"My wife is the Senior NCO and she rather eat at the military dinning facilities than eating processed food off base. She said the salad bar is amazing and the chicken gordon blue, grilled pork chops and fried chicken delish. She highly recommends eating there for a fraction of the cost vs off base restaurants"
