"Krystal burgers not fresh. Onions were crunchy. Buns had a crunch to them. Seems like they had been sitting for awhile."

"Empty parking lot should have gave me a clue. Ordered 12 Krystals with cheese and received yesterday's burgers from the garbage. Hard, cold and just thrown together. Ate one and threw the rest away. I've eaten Krystals before and never had an issue. Will never eat them again."

"I've been to this location in the past and the food and service was fine, but this recent visit.... We pulled up to order at around 545pm after the car in front of us pulled off and left after a few minutes (they did not get to order anything ). No one ever took our order even though there had been a car sitting at the window a few minutes prior. Not to mention the menu was halfway hanging down inside the box. We pulled up to the window thinking maybe something was going on, and that we just needed to order at the window. No one ever showed after waiting a few minutes. So we left. That was it... Not sure if we'll go back again."

"Just like I remembered! Just good all around. The drive thru person was very pleasant and patient with me (I haven't been in years, lol) and the food was fantastic. Wish I lived here and could visit more."
