"Ordered online,5:30, the new bbq sandwich. Pulled in space and followed instructions to ck in. 15 minutes later I called and asked if there's a problem. I'm told the app doesnt work they didn't know I was there, in spite of looking out twice and me being the only car. Didn't seem to care. Bbq sand reg bun, 5 pickles and chopped onions. Possibly 2 teaspoons of meat, no sauce. Pickles covered the "meat"1/2 inch of bun all around still showing. Definitely not as advertised. I would send a picture if there were an option. 1st"

"If it wasn't for the staff that was on last night, I would give a lower rating. The food isn't the best, but it's fast food. I don't expect much when it comes to fast food. But pretty much all of the car hops there are broken in some way. Either the screen is broken (no big deal really) or the microphones don't work. The poor guy working the headset couldn't hear me, and it got to the point I was yelling my order and he still couldn't hear anything. My fiance had to knock on the door and tell him we were going to move. Ended up going through the drive through. Whoever is in charge of getting things repaired or replaced, you need to do so. It's just sad at this point how busted everything is."

"They had mixed up my order and someone else’s. I expected a “oh well, deal with it” attitude as that what fast food service seems to have turned into in recent years. However, the gentleman working fixed the problem ASAP. Expressed that he was sorry for the inconvenience and gave us some coupons. It’s a little gesture but spoke volumes and I appreciated it a lot."

"This place needs to change its name from Sonic to Snail. The service was poilte but very, very, very, very slow! It took about 40 mins to get our food after paying. Won't be here again!!"

"If I could give no starts whatsoever I would! We ordered two drinks and one order of pickle fries. We waited 44 minutes!! There was no one in the drive through and only two other vehicles in the lot. They were not busy!.Didn't get an excuse or anything to make up for the lost and wasted time! This was not the first bad experience there either for us. So we cannot recommend this Sonic nor will we ever go back."
