"Was helped quickly by someone nice. It's has a kid friendly waiting area"
"The office was clean. Staff was friendly. They seemed very busy but working."
"I've got to say dealing with vouchers is always a hassle but Sharon Pierce was so helpful. She was far more patient with me than anybody else would have been. She worked with me for 3 weeks straight taking me step by step through ALOT of emails. I know it had to have been annoying but she never got frustrated with me and helped me complete what I needed. Thank you again Sharon your amazing."
"This place is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. My case manager, Christina was so rude and unprofessional. I requested her supervisor which is Katie Looney. Katie acted like she was there to assist and help me but she wasn’t. She didn’t return my phone calls and instead she contacted the daycare to notify them my discount was denied or ending. I asked about the essential personnel discount (which was provided to me by the daycare director) and Katie said that’s over with. Now, I have been calling for the last couple of days and Katie will not take my calls and I have left several messages."
"EDIT: Good to know their computer systems are still broken! Despite losing assistance last year I am now getting reminders to renew before my benefits expire on the account they told me they couldn't close in the first place. This summer has been an insane financial struggle thanks to these people's incompetence. Fortunately I have friends and family to help with the slack and next year I will be better prepared on what to expect. God help the folks these people have screwed over who DON'T have other people to rely on in hard times. Not sure what happened to these guys but they have been messed up since moving locations and changing systems. I accidentally let my voucher expire (between surgery and not getting a reminder) so I was told to reapply and get on the waiting list. Fair enough, I took responsibility for that and tried to apply online. My account said I was still receiving care and couldn't reapply. I called them and let them know this, and they told me their system was broken and to make a new account because they couldn't change it. Ok. Made and new account and reapplied, got the good news a couple weeks later that I qualified. As I should have, since my income DIDN'T CHANGE AT ALL since last year. I made an appointment, took the morning off work to go in, scan my documents. Waited about 30 minutes only to be brought back and told I made too much money. I started crying, because I'm just barely paying bills and need the assistance. I don't get child support or housing assistance, and only get $15 in food stamps. I asked why I was told I qualified if I made too much. She told me it had to do with my first application. What first application?? No real answer to that. I asked why I qualified last year but suddenly not this year? She told me that was because I was in the middle of renewing. What???? Her reasoning made absolutely no sense and I left feeling foolish. I wasted time and gas and a work day for that. Not sure what's going on over there but it's messed up."
