McDonald's 5004 US 90, Pace, FL 32571

"We’ve been customers of this particular McDonald’s for years!! We’ve never had an issue until tonight. In the drive through, As the employee was handing me the change, she dropped it on the ground where I couldn’t get to it. She apologized for dropping the change but when I asked her to replace the change she gave it to me as she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. Very bad attitude. Extremely disrespectful. I asked to speak with the shift manager.. I doubt the shift manager addressed anything."

"2 double quarter pounder combos, they put them on small buns, there were no pickles or onions. 2 large fries, half full and cold. Nobody working at the window to pay, sat there entirely too long. This location is a joke."

"Went to Pace restaurant drive through to buy food and new pokemon happy meals. The employee took over five minutes for person to get on speaker. They waited for another minute then proceeded to say toys sold out. Believe said that not to wait on me and not make order. Been to enough restaurants with that attitude, decided not to trust food made by employees and went to the other restaurant in Milton. Such good service there and they had the toys"

"As I sat and waited for our meal I observed other families waiting at there table for there food with the number tag. On the number tag it clearly states "please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you". That was not the case the manager would call out the number and you would have to go up and grab it. That's totally fine but, there was no line, and it was clearly not busy enough as the manger was on her phone checking Facebook in between orders. As a share holder of McDonald's, let's tighten it down a bit, we can do better. Food came out quickly and fresh."

"I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and this is what I got a chicken deluxe I have not left a review before on McDonald’s but it seems that every time I visit this one McDonald’s they always mess up the order this pic is what it looked like when I opened it. I have been just writing it off as lazy kids but it’s also the managers and owners fault as well there is no quality control as long as they’re making money they don’t care. If they mess up your order let them know maybe if they get enough complaints about messed up orders they will fix it."
