"Employee at window absolutely could not get our order without repeating 8 times. Whopper without tomatoes or cheese. When I finally got my burger IT HAD HOT SAUCE on it."

"This Burger King is horrible. I waited at speaker for at least 10 min. Four cars ahead of me. That were there when I pulled up. I never placed an order. I thought things were going to get better with new management or whatever changes they made but I was sadly mistaken. Pathetic!!!"

"Absolutely no reason to wait 20+ minutes for 1 cheeseburger. Everyone waited for ever for a small order except the person behind us with a large order. Somehow they got theirs first. There was already 2 people waiting when I got there. We could have at least been notified of a long wait time. I don't care if they were short handed with new employees. They could have notified me of the wait time 2"

"When o came through today with my son, we waited quite a while but the guy that took our order and brought it to us was extremely great, gave us a refund apparently they messes up our order the 1st time they made it which when we did get our food it was nice and hot even our fries. Kuddos to the man in drive thru today at 3pm he deserves a raise for his kindness to customers."

"Order food simple order, and neither the kid nor mngr listened to my ordering. The manager didn't have the temperament for customer service but instead came up with an attitude that would escalate into a possible argument. My suggestion is that she, the manager, should learn more about customers and servicing them and customer service and learn how to properly train her employees but can't when neither the manager nor the kid knows about customer service. To avoid an argument I just told the manager to just go with what you have just make sure my drinks are correct so it won't escalate so I can have atleast something to eat that moment cause of health issues we have."
