"I was concerned over the bad reviews but actually had a good experience. Check in was fast, done by scanning license and insurance in a very easy to use machine at the time of my appt. I was taken back almost immediately. My phlebotomists name was Vanyal and he was great! Overall was very fast. Make an appointment and bring a print out of your labs!"

"I went to get my blood work done and I get a call once I’m pulling back into my driveway (over an hour away) that they didn’t get enough blood for the vile. They ask that I come back in tomorrow. I reluctantly agree because I have no other choice. I come back in the next day (another hour drive) and they don’t have the vile they need to do my bloodwork and that I have to come back ANOTHER time. Absolute disaster. I’m going to pay out of pocket next time just so I never have to come back to Quest."

"Worst experience ever at a lab, made my daughter wait three hours, and then, when we inquired was told that they were not taking walk-ins, and they’re about to close, even though her name was up on the board the entire time. They never said anything, and then was extremely rude about it when she inquired…"

"Arrive 5 minutes late for appointment because of traffic. So I had to do a walk-in. I have been waiting over an hour. Many people before me with appointments. I suggest they try to have better process for walk-ins. I am sure other people won’t mind waiting a minute versus someone waiting for an hour. Poor policy for walk-ins."

"They have an online check in that makes things a lot faster and easier than doing the check in at the building itself. When you do the online check in all you have to do is click a link at the time you are at the office and they text you when it's your turn to come in. Better than waiting room chairs. They were really fast and punctual to get my son in. I got the text to come in a few minutes before the actual appointment time which is nice cause usually medical stuff is late and not early. The actual drawing of the blood was fast too and didn't seem to take as long as other facilities. They were clean on the inside which is better than crestviews quest diagnostics. The only issue from the visit is that my son is a new patient to quest diagnostics and his lab paperwork was electronicly sent to them but for new patients it has to be faxed or brought in on paper. So for new patients I'd suggest being prepared and have a doctor fax it to them or bring in a print out yourself and save some time."
