Pizza Hut,

"Today 02/02 around 10AM CT.I do not know the name of the manager or the crew member, however they made a 1st grades class day. My daughter schools lunch is at 10:15. We did an order online, and the store hrs sid they open at 10AM. We called and spoke to someone over the phone who said it would be fine to pick up the pizzas at 10. When we arrived, the store was closed. However, there was a crew member going in. I asked him about the order, and he said he would need to speak with his manager. Whomever we spoke to did not relay the message. The manager and the crew member managed to get the order out in less than 10 min. We were able to get the pizzas and to her school and have her party on time. Thank you so much."

"Stood there 10 min waiting for someone to give me my food. Kid upfront is to shy to say we have a customer. He cant sell me my already cooked food but he can take payments for orders placed now. Then back on his phone he goes. Still no help"

"I just moved to the Nine Mile area and wanted some pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza, and it was really bad!!! I have NEVER had a pizza where the pepperoni was actually thicker than the crust!!! The pizza was dry and tough. I will never go back to that Pizza Hut again!!!"

"Ordered a pizza on 08/10/2023 and it was the worst. It was dry. It wasn't enough cheese. It wasn't hot. I order regularly from the same Pizza Hut. I don't know if I will in the future. I fed it to my pitt bulls. Very unsatisfied."
