"I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I have had repetitive bad experiences at this location. My order is wrong every time. My husband ordered a sweet tea, they gave him unsweetened. He asked for them to switch it for a sweet tea, the staff member took his cup back from him, and dumped Splenda packets into the tea, and handed it back to him. Will not be returning to this location. It is utter chaos."

"Waiting 40+ minutes for an order I placed ahead of time is insane! Then the girl brings only my sandwich to my car and tells me she has to go back inside to make my drink because she had to service other cars (mind you, these cars got here AFTER me). I had to wait another 10+ minutes just to get my drink which I had to call to remind them I was still waiting. Finally get my drink (mocha frappe) but wouldn’t you know it, no straw. Girl had to run back inside. Pathetic customer service! Normally, I wouldn’t even write a review, but I have a three week old, hence the reason I did a call ahead order."

"I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order of a cup of coffee and a biscuit, and the biscuit never came. I had to leave because this stop made me late for work. The service was poor, and the young lady managing the front of the store clearly needed more help."

"A child was hurt in the play area, the store showed no concern. You're unable to watch your child in the play area, too black, tight mesh, seats face away from the play area, too small of an area with too many children on the visit. The insurer dropped the ball on the child with a gash in their head from an unprotected platform, blood was on the play area, one lady employee though the child bleeding was funny, was smiling while he bled, had a huge blonde braid, very long on her hair. The insurance for McDonald's is trying to ignore the issue, failing to return several calls made to them. The customer service called right away, the child did go to the hospital, and will get the report. This location might be sued, no safety or first aid for customers, the employees didn't care, several parents jumped into action, helping the child, family until he was taken to the hospital. A nurse was one of the customers, she and another lady were as true helpful angels on the scene. The McDonald's customer service manager called, seemed to care, update pending on this review. Stay tuned. The manager ran out the back door, failed to file an injury incident report he left in his car! An employee after 20 minutes gave the report, said the child would have to wait because the report cannot leave the store. No manager by him running away, the child was rushed to the hospital!"

"Brought my daughter to play today and have a Happy Meal & shake and unfortunately the manager on duty yelled “no ice cream no shakes”. They advertise the heck out of the shakes and yet they’re notorious here & 9 mile for not being able to get the machines cleaned & provide shakes 75% of the time. The staff at both locations are very friendly though."
