"I've picked up at this location late at night and been redirected to the drive through to pickup. Tonight I went through the drive through and was redirected inside. Really had customer service, I understand if they don't want to make a habit or whatever but really they could have just told me not do that next time. There were plenty of workers that could have taken a few seconds to pick up my food from the pickup situation to the window. That was really unnecessary guys. Literally stop sighing whenever people don't donate, I have no idea where that money's going to, I don't want to support anything I'm not sure about and no I'm not gonna take a few seconds to research where my money's going to. I just want to eat my badly rolled burrito that might or might not have hair and spit in it."

"Service late night was excellent. However, the way the food was wrapped and bagged was sloppy and caused a huge mess and the food didn't look appetizing once home. Mexican pizza was placed under all thebtacos which caused it to be smushed. The pizza ended up being fine but the soft tacos were sloppy and falling apart. Overall it was just ok."

"Service was OK, I guess. The food was horrible. It was cold & thrown in the bag where it spilled out of the wrapper & to the bottom of the bag. At least I got half a taco?"

"A competent fast food establishment. Asked for fire sauce and got a couple of handfuls. I have maybe a dozen packets of fire sauce still in my fridge. Everything was fine. No complaints. Food arrived quickly, and I didn't wait long at the drive-thru. Three stars is the highest score fast food establishments typically get from me. I will be back to this Taco Bell again when I'm in the mood for it."
