Pizza Hut,

"Started my order of 2 pizzas at 4:43 paid with credit card over the phone. Pizzas finally arrive at 6:05 and delivery person wanted us to pay again, cash only. Sent them back and called again at 6:11. Pizzas were reordered and when they arrived at 7:05 they were cold hard and not even what I ordered. Worst pizza ever. Called again and the only positive thing about this was the manager who did apologize and credit me back."

"Just received my delivery. Half my pizza does not have sauce on it. Whoever cut it, literally doesn’t deserve a job for thinking it was ok to send it on delivery that way. Two pieces were half the entire pizza. The other pieces were maybe the size of the garlic sauce container, literally tiny."

"Walked to pick up. There was a girl behind the window. After a couple minutes she noticed ( she was just standing there not doing anything) and said someone will be with you in a min. that minute turned into 15. There were no other orders there or phone orders (phone didn't ring 1 time while i was there) infact my pizza was the only one in the pizza warmer. I looked around and noticed the everyone was in the back."

"Our delivery driver, Matthew, is always super friendly and goes the extra mile to provide great service. We had no change tonight and he made a special trip to make sure we got our food while it was still hot. He always had a smile on his face and is just a great guy to have deliver your pizza."

"They called and let me know they didn't have stuffed crust pizza I told them hand-tossed will be fine. They ended up giving me two free pizzas which was unexpected and unnecessary but very much appreciated! The store always makes up for something when they don't have ingredients on hand."
