"I ordered a steak quesadilla but got a chicken quesadilla. Also broke my tooth from a broken shell at the bottom of my SOFT TACO! Very sad cuz I'm pregnant and love taco bell and was really craving good food."

"I went thru the drive thru after getting off on a Friday night at a busy job ordered the party pack of tacos supposed to be supreme but instead I got plain no sour crème or tomato just plain when I called the morning manager she apologized stated she would allow them to replace it on my next visit and it was a big deal because they didn’t write it down!!! When speaking to one of the managers about replacing my meal that has been messed up a young lady named Miss C decided to make the comment that I spoke with nobody and I was just trying to get a free meal which is crazy because I work in the food industry and I know how detrimental to cost is to somebody so maybe they should think about how they speak to guests and returning guess because that’s why they have job is for people to return, but I will not be back to this location"

"I went to the drive thru with my boyfriend really craving some food. I ordered the Mexican pizza meal and substituted original tacos for Dorito tacos, NO SOUR CREAM. they gave me the Dorito tacos WITH sour cream the first time. so i drove back and told them thru drive thru. they gave me two new ones and when i checked, it’s ORIGINAL tacos with no sour cream and no cheese.. second time they messed up. so i went inside and handed my receipt and told the lady they messed it up again. it’s literally Doritos tacos with everything BUT sour cream. she repeated the same thing i said to confirm and said she was gonna make new ones for me so i waited. I finally grabbed the new ones and double checked before I left, and sure enough.. they messed up AGAIN. THREE TIMES. Dorito tacos WITH sour cream this time. I’m not understanding why something SO SIMPLE is not clicking.. at this point i’m hangry and very irritated. I lost my appetite. Baja Blast always sucks when i’ve came and ordered it too. It taste like a dirty nozzle. I don’t think anyone has said anything about it but y’all need to clean yalls soda machines. I can’t even drink Baja Blast from there. so disappointing. Hopefully the next time i come back y’all get it together."

"I have to admit this is the only fast food establishment other than smoothie king that get it right. No matter how backed up the line is, don't expect to wait long because it will move fast. Most times I just buy anything just to support then. Run from Popeyes, McDonald's and burger king unless you would like to die from old age and waiting"
