"They had my car for over a month. He didn’t communicate with the insurance. He lies and said they sent wrong part. That way he can cover up his lie. Never go to this body shop ever. They are very unprofessional. Also never even fixed it from the begin with.! Piece of my bumper was half way out. Had to call him to fix that. Wasn’t that the whole reason you had it a month.? And battery all the way dead when I got it back. He replaced it but that doesn’t mean anything."

"Never use this shop!!!! My car went in with a damaged fender and needed new brakes, not even 15 minutes after leaving this shop the car was totaled. Reason.? One of the front wheel flew off while I was driving on the highway. Never trust these people... there the worst."

"HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD! OUR SITUATION WAS THE EXACT SAME AS THE OTHER REVIEWS. MY HUSBAND DID NOT CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THERE. CHECK THE REVIEWS FOR YOURSELF! He had our car for a month! Every time we asked about it being finished, it was the same story. "Im waiting on a part for the light." Finally, after weeks of waiting, he told us we could get the car on a Saturday but to bring it back on "Tuesday" so he could put the fog light on. When we went to pick up our car, on the day he told us to come, why was he just now painting our car! He had our car for a whole month and he was just painting it that morning! Furthermore, Tuesday came and went, over and over and over again. He had us to put the light in the trunk of our car so it would not be misplaced. So, we actually trusted that since he was only waiting on the case to come, he would keep his word. A month and a half later, we still have no fog light! And when we took it some where else for an estimate, we discovered that he had cut the electrical cord. So, he had probably bitten off more than he chew and gave us the run around to cover up the fact that he didn't know how to finish the job."

I couldn't believe my eyes I almost cried cause the work was just the best ever. Jim was the most polite man ever. He was very easy to communicate with. Very professional. "Completed the job very quickly and did a good job! Not very professional staff, I heard a lot of profanity and staff was on the cell phone the entire time I was being assisted. However, they exceeded my expectations with the paint job and I am satisfied with that. Jim was nice and professional. I hope they work harder ro improve their customer service for customers."
